[Keyboard] Refactor of onekey to support multiple development boards (#6017)
* Initial refactor of onekey to support multiple development boards
* Fixes to get teensy lc && 3.2 working
* Add pin tables
* Add caveats to Teensy boards
* Correct bootloader for Elite-C
