[Keyboard] Adalyn keyboard (#14184)
* first Adalyn commit
* fixed json and removed via
* fixed GPL headers and rules.mk
* fix extra space after gpl
add vial keymap
* Removed VIAL and revised rules.mk
* updating per request and completing readme
