Update KC_GESC documentation (#5053)
* Update KC_GESC documentation
- document caveats on OSX and expected behavior with KC_GESC and GUI
- clarify documentation slightly
- give examples of expected output in actual use
* Update OSX -> macOS
* Captilization
* remove simply
